By booking an appointment with Hello Skin Clinic Aesthetics Ltd — whether online, by phone, by email, or via WhatsApp — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

The terms “client” and “patient” are used interchangeably throughout this document.

2. BOOKING AND DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure all appointments at Hello Skin Clinic Aesthetics Ltd. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Your deposit goes towards the cost of your treatment on the day.

By paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We reserve time and clinical resources specifically for each appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows directly impact our practitioners and other clients who could have taken that slot.

3.1 Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred in full to your new appointment date. No deposit will be lost.

3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit is non-refundable as a cash payment.

However, your deposit will not be lost entirely. It will be held on file and can be used as credit towards any future treatment booked at Hello Skin Clinic Aesthetics Ltd. This credit is valid for 6 months from the original appointment date.

3.3 Non-attendance (no-show)

If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us in advance, your deposit will be forfeited in full and cannot be transferred or credited.

4. LATENESS POLICY

We ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointments. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, at the clinic’s discretion. The full appointment fee will still apply.

In the event of significant lateness that prevents treatment from proceeding safely, the deposit will not be refunded.

5. MEDICAL SUITABILITY AND RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT

All treatments are subject to a clinical assessment and consultation. Hello Skin Clinic Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if:

– A client is found to be medically unsuitable or contraindicated for a treatment
– The practitioner determines that treatment is not in the client’s best interests
– Accurate and complete medical information has not been provided

Where a consultation has taken place but treatment is declined on clinical grounds, the consultation time and expertise provided is still chargeable.

Clients are responsible for providing full and accurate medical history, including any medications, allergies, previous treatments, and changes to their health, at every appointment. Hello Skin Clinic Aesthetics Ltd accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or withheld information.

6. OUTCOMES AND RESULTS

Aesthetic treatments produce results that vary between individuals. Outcomes are influenced by factors including anatomy, skin type, lifestyle, age, and individual healing response.

Hello Skin Clinic Aesthetics Ltd does not guarantee any specific result or outcome from any treatment. No representation made by any member of staff, verbally or in writing, constitutes a guarantee of outcome.

Refunds will not be issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with results where treatment has been carried out correctly and all known risks and side effects have been communicated in advance.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Treatment prices are as listed on our website and in clinic at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update our prices. Where a price has been quoted in writing, this will be honoured for 3 months from the date of the quote.

Payment is accepted by card or bank transfer. Please confirm your preferred payment method at the time of booking.

8. MINIMUM AGE

Hello Skin Clinic Aesthetics Ltd does not provide cosmetic injectable treatments to anyone under the age of 18. For all other treatments, the minimum age is 18 unless otherwise stated. Valid photo identification may be requested.

9. PHOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT

Before and after photographs and videos may be taken for the purpose of monitoring treatment progress, clinical records, staff training, and promotional use. Explicit consent will be obtained before any images are used for marketing purposes.

You have the right to withdraw consent for promotional use of your images at any time by contacting us at info@helloskinclinic.com.

10. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Skin Clinic Aesthetics Ltd’s liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided.

We are not liable for:
– Indirect or consequential losses
– Loss of earnings
– Outcomes that fall within the accepted range of clinical variation

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
