Understand how to speak to clients professionally, take relevant information, recognise suitability issues, manage expectations, and document consultations correctly.

Learn safe clinic standards, infection control, treatment preparation, hygiene protocols, contraindications, red flags, and when not to treat.

Build awareness of facials, microneedling, chemical peels, skin boosters, anti-wrinkle treatments, and dermal fillers, including how beginner routes differ from advanced certification.

Observe demonstrations, practise under supervision where appropriate, and gain confidence through real clinic-based learning with trainer feedback.
